Vegan Vato offers a 100% vegan fusion of Mexican comfort food inspired by New Mexico and California. It's a healthier and tastier alternative to what we know and love, delivering amazing flavors to your tastebuds, belly, and soul. Originating in Albuquerque, NM, our goal is to spread our love for vegan cuisine worldwide.

Amazing vegan food!! Def worth a visit. If I lived in NM, it would be a regular stop. Amazing customer service as well. Wait can be a little long, but def worth it. Also, it is inside The Imperial, so it could be easy to miss.
Such good flavors! Ordered the tacos, with the mushroom seitan and others with jackfruit. Lots of flavor and great texture on both. The mushroom seitan was new to me and I would highly recommend it! The location is inside a cute, new and clean little food booth hall.
I really enjoyed the sandwich I had here - it was consistently spicy and very filling. The fries with ketchup and queso were a nice compliment. Really appreciate the service here; you can tell they are putting effort and care into every order.
